🥄 Recipe:
• 2 cups plant-based milk
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
• 3 tbsp unrefined sugar
• 1 tsp matcha (sifted)
• 1 tsp rose water (optional)
How to make it:
1. Whisk cornstarch with ½ cup milk.
2. Heat rest of milk + sugar + matcha until hot (don’t boil).
3. Add cornstarch mix, whisk till thick.
4. Stir in rose water, pour into cups, chill 2–3 hrs.
5. Garnish with pistachios & rose petals 🌹🌿
