Refund policy

Returns

- If for some reason you wish to return an item(s), you are welcome to do so within 7 days of receiving the item(s), unused and in the same condition you received it with a receipt (if not purchased online).

- Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the item(s) at our warehouse. 

- The refund amount will be processed less any courier cost involved in receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse.

Exchanges*

We will gladly exchange any item(s) purchased at Ralph's provided:

1- It is accompanied by an original receipt if not purchased online.

2- It is unopened and unused and it's original packaging.

3- It is returned to us within 7 days.

*Exchanges and refunds do not apply to baked goods.

*Exchanges and refunds will be dealt on case by case basis.
