Vegan Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

2 cups almond milk (or any plant milk)

4 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp matcha powder

2–3 tbsp maple syrup (or agave)

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk almond milk, matcha, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

2. Stir in chia seeds and mix well.

3. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thick.

5. Serve chilled, topped with fresh fruits, nuts, or coconut flakes.
