Ralph's Ceremonial Matcha offers a smooth and creamy mild taste which pairs well with any kind of plant-based milk. It is a perfect everyday day matcha.

Harvested from organic tea fields from the pristine mountains of Kirishima late spring the tea leaves rest for 6 to 8 months and are traditionally ground into matcha.

Sift 1 to 2 measuring spoon (1 to 2 g according to strength preference) of Ralph's Matcha.

Add 60ml of water heated at 80 degrees C.

Using the Ralph's Bamboo Whisk vigorously in a M pattern until you get the desired froth.

Add either 180ml of your preferred plant-based milk (hot or cold) or 80ml of hot water (under boiling point).

Sip and enjoy your Ceremonial Matcha.

Keep your matcha away from direct sunlight. For optimum freshness, keep it in its pouch but make sure it is properly sealed.

Avoid storing in a glass jar as light will impact Matcha’s taste and antioxidant content.
